  Once we receive your art file and mailing list, whether it’s going to 100 or 100,000 recipients, we will start the job within 24 hours. A proof and signoffs will be sent to you through the secure website for your approval and our customer service staff will confirm pricing and mail options for reaching your audience. If they’re needed, we can print envelopes and maintain an inventory for ongoing projects or we can receive a supply from your location. Upon approval, we will complete the printing of your mail piece.

If applicable, we will NCOA process and Presort your mail list. This process insures getting the maximum value from your mailing. Depending on the size of the mailing, most jobs will be in the mail stream within 3 to 5 working days after approval.
